A tooltip provides quick access to essential details when hovering over a node. The information displayed includes:

  • IP Address: The unique identifier assigned to the node.

  • MAC Address: The Media Access Control address associated with the node.

  • Hostname: The name assigned to the node on the network.

  • RX Packet Counts: The number of received packets.

  • TX Packet Counts: The number of transmitted packets.

  • RX Byte Counts: The total size of received data in bytes.

  • TX Byte Counts: The total size of transmitted data in bytes.

Node Interaction (Version 1.6.2 and later)

Single-Click Functionality

Starting from version 1.6.2, new capabilities have been introduced for clicking nodes. The following interactions are available:

Double-Click

Double-clicking a node will automatically populate the usage analysis tables, providing detailed insights into the node's activity.

Right-Click

Right-clicking a specific node presents the option to 'Populate Usage Tables.' By selecting this option, users can efficiently populate the usage analysis tables for further examination.

Additional Options

Right-clicking a node also provides additional options, including the ability to add a display filter to the inline search filters. This enhances user flexibility in customizing and refining the displayed data.

Moreover, users can now populate inline usage tables directly from the tooltip, streamlining the process of accessing detailed usage information.
