Users can create a 'Support Log' from this page and then forward the log file to the system administrator for further system investigation.

Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the 'Support Log' page.

  2. Click the 'Generate Log File' button.

  3. Enter the password to save the log file.

  4. Send the file to the system administrator.
