System Diagnostic
When your system is in good health, the system diagnostic button color is green. When there are issues, the system diagnostic button color turns red. Please check more information on issues by clicking the button.
When the button is green and still see some issues, please go to the “Support Log” page and generate a support log and send this file to the system administrator.
This is the most common cause of system failure. If your hard disk starts to fail, please contact the system administrator immediately.

Follow these steps:
Navigate to the 'Support Log' page.
Click the 'Generate Log File' button.
Enter the password to save the log file.
Send the file to the system administrator.
