Packet Search Analysis

Clicking on the Search button opens a new window with search results listed. You can analyze each packet data on the Packet Search Result page.

Packet Viewer

By default the Search Result page only displays the first 500 packets. In order to view more
packets, you can open the drop-down menu for Display # of Packets and choose
the number of packets to be displayed. In addition, you can also choose the Offset, i.e., the packet
number from which you want the Search Result page to display.

The packet viewer shows protocol details, timestamps, source and destination IPs, VLAN ID, and packet size. You can pinpoint a packet's timestamp with 'Jump to Time', and adjust the offset using 'Clear Jump to Time' and 'Offset' functions.

Packet Infomation

Clicking a packet reveals its hex dump in the packet info section.
