It is taking a long time for the date and time search to finish. Is this a bug?
If the user is performing a packet search on PCAPs captured for several hours or days, the process may take some time. If the wrong time is selected, please click the button on the GUI to stop the process. (Refer to Packet Search)
...
Can another packet search be performed while a packet search is being processed?
Up to two searches can be performed during the search process.

What does “Reorder Output PCAP” do in Packet Search?
Can I use an IP-based output file name?
What would happen if I reset the statistics on the Capture Progress page?
What do “Increment File”, “Compression”, If the "Reorder Output PCAP" box is checked, the timestamps of the output PCAPs will be sorted.
...
What do “Compression” and “Rotational” mean on the Capture Setting page?
I filled in the input/output file name, directory, and packet slice, and turned on filtering. However, the captured traffic does not match the output file name. Why does this happen?Compression: Compresses the file after writing to that file is complete. This works best when capturing using increment mode.
Rotational: When the volume reaches the threshold value (depending on the configuration of the QP), the oldest PCAP and compressed PCAP are deleted to make room for the newest PCAP captures. (Refer to Capture Setting - Filters)
...
Can we restrict access to start/stop capture depending on the user?
Different types of accounts can be easily created. For example, a network engineer can have access to all features, while other users can be restricted to certain features.

...
How long does it take for the snap/full mirror with multiple hosts?
Using different network interface(s) for snap/full mirrors will improve the speed of the service.
For example, 11GB with 8 hosts using only one interface
Time: 50 minutes.
For example, 11GB with 8 hosts using a different interface
Time: 30 minutes.
Also, if these services are handled through different interfaces, users will notice less 'lag' in the network.
