Initiating the traffic replay
1. Choose the replay file and set ‘Loop Replay’ here.
Click on ‘Replay-Files’, ‘Capture File Selection’ window will pop up. Choose the file to replay. We recommend uploading external PCAP file files to /cifs/capture/permanent directory.
Loop Replay: The number of repetitions, can be set up to 999.

2. Click on ‘Begin Replay’
Clicking the ‘Begin Replay’ button starts the replay. When “Stop Replay” is pressed, the replay will not immediately stop, it will stop after it finishes replaying the PCAP in memory.

2. Adapter Statistics
While a port is replaying, its status will change to ‘Replay is Active’.

Statistics will show packet
counts, total bytes, and the rates of replay.
Reset/Start: Reset the statistics if it is active. Start the statistics if it is stopped.
Stop: Stop the statistics. We recommend starting stats first and then clicking begin replay.

Note
The replay function currently supports a single PCAP file.
Only indexed files can be replayed, indexing takes place every 3 minutes, so if a file is uploaded then please wait 3 minutes before it shows up in the GUI.

Allow a 3-minute interval after uploading a file for it to become visible in the GUI.
